CITY Cocoa Brown Bag Jazz Lunches are held every Friday (from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.) throughout the month at the Myrt Tharpe Gazebo in downtown Cocoa Village. Pack a lunch and bring a chair for this free concert by local jazz musicians. CITY Space Coast Area Transit (SCAT) has announced the following changes to its fixed bus route service for the upcoming July 4th holiday period: 7/4-7/5: All fixed routes will NOT operate. Library Budget Crisis Factsheet The Brevard County Library System budget has been cut by more than $7.2 million in the past two years, representing a reduction of over 26%. A further $2 to $3 million budget reduction is being projected for the next Fiscal Year beginning October 1.
