CITY Space Coast Area Transit (SCAT) has announced the following changes to its fixed bus route service for the upcoming July 4th holiday period: 7/4-7/5: All fixed routes will NOT operate. Monday, July 5, 2010: All fixed routes will NOT operate. All fixed route bus services will resume on Tuesday, July 6. Library Budget Crisis Factsheet The Brevard County Library System budget has been cut by more than $7.2 million in the past two years, representing a reduction of over 26%. A further $2 to $3 million budget reduction is being projected for the next Fiscal Year beginning October 1.
