No matter what time of the year, you can never go wrong with Mammoth Mountain. It is one of my favorite places to visit every time I’m on vacation. The place can provide me just about any outdoor activity I can think of. It is just a wonderful sight to behold. During my stay, I always check in at the Mammoth Lakes Condos. The service there is great and I personally guarantee that it will be one of the best vacations you’ll ever have. As a plus, the tickets are very affordable. I definitely recommend this place for you and your family. Have a great time!

Sir:
Have you considered putting the Kelly Slater statute at the small downtown city park located on Slater Way Street, looking out to the ocean spot where he learned to surf as a boy? It would be such an appropriate location to honor him as well as his parents whom Kelly wanted remembered in the name choice for that street. Surfing is, after all, a family affair in Cocoa Beach. Kelly Slater may, in a sense, belong anywhere in the world today. But to local residents he will be forever remembered as that fantastic surfer-boy at A1A and Slater Way in Cocoa Beach.

The food is very good. My only complaint is with regards to the serving portion. The price is about on par with lunch in other restaurants in the area, however, the serving size was a little small. I’m around 155 lb male and I was able to finish the meal and still feel somewhat hungry. I’d recommend increasing the serving sizes, if only a little to remain competitive with other restaurants.

Awesome article…I think it is right on the dot. Bobby has definately hooked up alot of people with used stuff in our shop, we encourage it and give a discount on new stuff when recyclable goods are left behind. Bobby has brought alot of his used stuff before he even worked for us, and has hooked up alot of less fortunate kids with their first boards, and even some older skaters whom may break boards more often or just can’t afford new stuff for whatever reason.

Great article! I, too, have an adorable Schip. This is important, however, please do NOT feed grapes or raisins to any breed of dog. You mention feeding “frozen grapes” He may love them because of their sweet taste, but vets now know they cause fatal kidney disease. Yes, it’s a fact. Please google this and you will see that grapes, raisins, macadamia nuts, chocolate and artificial sweetners like Xylitol will eventually kill your dog.
Best of luck to you, and know I made the same mistake about raisins before my vet made me aware of the new literature. Good luck and great days ahead for your loveable Schip!

Used to go to the BB Muffin in the mid eighties when I attended FIT. Absolutely loved the place. I remember Bill and his family and all of the waitresses there. They had really good coffee an menus on their place mat. I’ll bet we went there 3 times a week.

Wow, I’m a little taken aback about Jennifer’s comments. This is some of the best food on the beach period. My wife and I finally walked down to his old shop and tried his Saturday BBQ spread. It was amazing! The jerk pork, beans and rice, and greens are to die for! His special jerk sauce is out of this world! The atmosphere is relaxing and Trevor is a genuinely friendly individual. If you go, you have to have drink from a coconut, it’s the best (especially with a little rum )!!!
