Flanigan’s Rockin’ Rib Run

Run fast, then feast. The Flanigan’s Rockin’ Rib Run returns to The Amp at Miramar for its 13th year. It combines a serious road race with one of South Florida’s best post-race parties.

The USATF-certified 10K course is fast, flat, and out-and-back, with plenty of room for a personal record. The race is also the USATF Florida Association 10K Open and Masters Championship, so you’ll line up with elite athletes as well as fellow beer and rib lovers.

After the finish, every runner gets:

Unlimited Flanigan’s baby back ribs

Unlimited samples of Joe’s Pale Ale, Flanigan’s signature craft beer

Wine samples from Cupcake, 19 Crimes, and Ecco Domani

All while supplies last.

Bringing the family? Kids 10 and under can run the Miami Marlins Kid’s Dash, a 400-yard sprint for $10. Non-runners can buy a $20 Food & Beverage Wristband at packet pick-up or at the event for unlimited ribs, beer, and wine.

Want the full VIP experience? VIP runners get a VIP bib, a dedicated packet pick-up line, private pre-race restrooms, the post-race VIP tent with a special buffet, and an extra food and beverage wristband for a friend.
